Alyssa Ladenburg is a results-driven entrepreneur with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana Western. She has a progressive career and passion for entertainment management and public relations. Utilizing a magnitude of experience across multiple industries, Alyssa started the Ladenburg Group. She is a personable and enthusiastic leader with an in-depth understanding of business strategies. Leveraging her innovative insights makes her stand out in this field and allows her to offer unparalleled services. Additionally, Alyssa employs a resourceful approach to manage multiple aspects of artists’ careers and key projects to assure maximum client satisfaction.

Alyssa has consistently demonstrated her willingness to go above and beyond as well as her ability to pioneer and develop strategic plans and promotional materials for her clients. In addition, she is a firm believer in teamwork and prioritizes a collaborative environment while putting her best foot forwards. Her commitment and ideology are easily visible when you look at the trust she has gained and the partnership she has built with artist and musician Ashley Hess. Alyssa believes that every person has greatness in them and that if we allow them the freedom to be who they are, unapologetic and without fear, that greatness will shine through. Helping people realize that potential and supporting them in that pursuit is where Alyssa finds her purpose.

 

Alyssa’s connection with the business and music industry runs deep and is largely connected to her childhood. She has successfully transitioned her innate curiosity, fascination, and respect for music into a successful career through hard work, taking chances, and nurturing relationships.

While overseeing the Ladenburg Group, Alyssa supports numerous projects. In addition to music, she manages the public relations for organizations like the non-profit started by musicians that create a safe place for people to gather and connect while listening to incredible live music.  Most recently, she started working with a public speaker committed to helping people that have been sexually assaulted and abused.
